La Ferme du Pouldon and La Ferme de l'Odet : an alliance born of a passion shared for the land and taste
Today, we celebrate La Ferme du Pouldon
Based in Pont-l'Abbé, in south Finistère, this family-run business was founded in 1981 and raises its animals with passion and commitment.
Fed on grass, hay and cereals grown directly on the farm.
Since 2000, the farm has been working with the Conservatoire du Littoral to preserve sensitive coastal areas. Sheep grazing actively contributes to local biodiversity and the protection of animal and plant species.
A trust between producers and restaurateurs, to offer you the very best
The team at La Ferme de l'Odet is proud to be able to offer you meat from the Pouldon farm, just a few kilometres from our kitchen. This local partnership embodies our commitment to short distribution channels, transparency and the promotion of Brittany's agricultural heritage.
Ferme du Pouldon produces meat and dairy products, which are sold directly from the shop and at markets in the Quimper area.
For our part, we work their lamb into tasty rillettes as a starter.
