La Cave du Moros and La Ferme de l’Odet: an alliance born of a passion shared passion for wine
For nearly forty years, the Cave du Moros has been a must-visit destination for wine lovers in Brittany.
A trust between the winery and our team, to offer you the very best
It was in 1986 that Philippe decided to set up his own business. During a trip through the French vineyards, he met independent winegrowers and laid the foundations for what would become the identity of the Cave du Moros: offering high-quality, affordable wines selected directly from the winegrowers.
This philosophy remains at the heart of the company to this day.
Following an initial venture in Rosporden, La Cave du Moros opened its doors in Concarneau in 1988. It quickly became a must-visit destination for wine lovers in Finistère. Over the years, the business has grown whilst retaining its family-run ethos and close relationship with its customers.
Stéphane Frouin joined the Cave du Moros in 2003. He has been immersed in the world of wine from a very young age, as Stéphane is the grandson of winegrowers from Bordeaux.
He is a true enthusiast who has worked for many companies in France as well as abroad. Together with Philippe, he has helped to develop the business and became a partner in 2013.
La Cave du Moros is now recognised as one of Brittany’s leading wine merchants, with hundreds of wines in its range, a team of passionate wine experts and a clientele comprising both private customers and trade professionals.
This ongoing commitment to quality and sharing was recognised in 2025 when Cave du Moros was awarded the prestigious title of «Wine Merchant of the Year» by *La Revue du Vin de France*.
An accolade that crowned nearly forty years of passion and encounters centred on wine
